Restoration technicians
Our business is largely driven by our dedicated employees working out in the field with our customers.
When a property is affected by water damage, fire or mould, it is the restoration technician’s job to put things right.
It is practical and varied work where no two days are the same. One day might involve removing soot after a fire, while the next could mean restoring a water-damaged home and helping a worried customer.
The job requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills and a willingness to help people in difficult situations.

Leak detection technicians
Moisture can be an invisible enemy, causing serious damage to buildings and affecting the indoor environment. As a moisture technician, the job is to identify, analyse and address moisture problems before they become more serious.
Using advanced measuring equipment and technical expertise, our moisture technicians trace the cause of moisture damage, whether it comes from a leaking water pipe or inadequate ventilation.
The job requires both analytical thinking and a practical mindset, combining technology, problem-solving and customer contact to make a difference every day.

Support functions and management
Behind every successful restoration project is a team of specialists who keep things running smoothly, from HR and finance to customer service and IT. Working in a support function means creating the best possible conditions for our field teams and customers, whether that involves recruiting the right people, ensuring efficient processes or providing technical support.
Many of our operational leaders and management team members also started their journey at Polygon as technicians. Through valuable experience in the field and the expertise they have developed along the way, they have progressed into new roles within the company.
